Assisted Living
SE Health’s highly trained staff delivers a wide variety of services to residents with dementia, neuromuscular disorders, acquired brain injuries (ABI), trauma and stroke. Utilizing the PIECES model of care (Physical. Intellectual. Emotional. Capabilities. Environment.) we enable residents to remain in assisted living as care needs increase and avoid a move into a higher level of care. We also provide ‘added care’ services when the residents experience an acute episode or require end of life care.
